1.) How will this charge appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will be discreetly billed by Paycom, CCBill, OR WTS.

2.) How often am I going to be charged?
Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day of the month your membership started. If your membership started on April 1st, your card will be charged again on May 1st. If your membership started on April 14th, your card will be charged on May 14th, and so on. If you so decide to cancel your account before the re bill time, you WILL NOT be charged for an additional 30 days. For example, if you were activated on April 2nd and we receive your cancellation on April 10th, your account will expire on May 2nd. If you joined on a trial basis, the 30-day billing cycle begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel your account within 24 hours first before it ends.

3.) The sign up page is asking for my address. After I sign up, will there be anything sent to me in the mail?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! The reason we ask for your name/address/zip code where you receive your monthly credit card statement, is because the credit card companies require us to have that information provided for them.

4.) I purchased a trial membership. What happens after my trial expires?
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your account will be charged for a full month afterwards.

5.) I don't have a credit card, can I still join?
Absolutely! We have 2 other convenient billing options, including a trial by online check, or 900 telephone billing.

6.) I tried to sign up, but my credit card was rejected. Why?
There are a number of reasons beyond our control that our processor was un able to authorize a transaction. Unfortunately, we don't have access to that information. If this happens to you for whatever reason, remember, we also have a second processor for you to use, as well as other billing options too.

7.) I signed up, but never received a confirmation.
Chances are you did not send us your correct e-mail address. Many people fail to include @aol.com or @msn.com. You need to include that information or you will never get a confirmation letter from us. Believe it or not, this happens a lot of the time.

8.) I forgot my username/password.
No problem! Click here to go to our password retrieval section.

9.) My username and password do not work.
There are a number of reasons that your password may not be working.
You need to enter your username and password in the same exact case sequence as you did when you signed up, as it is case sensitive. This problem accounts for 90% of access difficulties.

10.) Your MPEGs will not play or cause errors.
In order to provide the best quality possible, we use state of the art compression technologies on our MPEG videos. Therefore, in order to view them you must have the latest version of Windows Media Player.

11.) Some or most of the live feeds don't seem to be working for me.
There are numerous reasons why the live videos may not be working. Please make sure you are using either Netscape 3.0 and 4.0, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and 5.0, AOL 3.0 and 4.0 bit Version for Windows 95/98. If you are using one of the browsers listed above and still having problems, then you need to focus on the preferences of your browser.
Make sure java is "enabled" in your preferences section. If you need to upgrade to newer versions, you can find them here.
Netscape   Internet Explorer

Still not working?
Another possible problem could be that you do not have the required plugins. Currently, our video feeds run best using Quicktime, and Windows media player. If you need to download these players, you can get them here.
